Wood from our forest
Wood directly “From the Forest”: In our forest, wood is managed and harvested sustainably every year. Our main tree species are oak, pine and larch, which can be used as valuable wood but also as round wood and further as energy, fiber and firewood.
Fuel wood is used for energy production, e.g. in heating plants, firewood for private consumption, pulpwood is used in board production and the paper industry. Pine and larch are used in sawmills and the precious oak is used in carpentry companies.
Biologically diverse degradation is very important to us: After each removal, we reliably reforest. In this way, we continuously promote the natural regrowth of the valuable raw material wood and make our contribution to reducing CO2.
